Cool Light This Morning!
Beautiful light on the fresh snow capped Spring Mountains. I think I should have packed up my camera gear instead of golfing! This is a quick iPhone snap and I was wished I had been closer to capture the sunrise on the snow capped Spring Mountains!

Just as I was leaving for work, I looked up and saw the bright orange sky!

Thought about turning these palms into black and white but I kind of liked the blue sky… so I went in a different direction to keep it!

Burro in the Outfield
At my son's baseball practice tonight I looked up and noticed a wild burro cruising through the outfield. All I had was my iPhone so this is the best I could do as I didn't want to get too close.
Day 249 of 365
We had thunderstorms come through again tonight but I was able to find the moon through the clouds… I realized that I need to work on my moon shots… I liked the blue tones here better than the actual moon
Day 231 of 365
Had thunder storms roll through today which left some cool clouds this evening!
Day 207 of 365
Spent some time at the park kicking the ball around and played long enough to see the sun go down!
Late afternoon I found the sun just ducking behind these puffy clouds.... The peak in the lower middle right of the image is Mt. Charleston, the highest peak in So. Nevada at just over 11,000 ft. It's a good hike as well!
Forgot my camera at work this evening.. which led me to use my iPhone for today's image... Then I tried out the new space filters in Picnic to see what I could come up with.. It works, I like it...
Got home from work just in time to see the sun hitting the trunk of this palm tree.. I liked the texture of the trunk and the blue sky in the background...
And thanks for all the comments from the Jelly Bean photo from yesterday! Funny that the light in that image came from inside a microwave oven! :)
I think i'm going to try and shoot this from a lower angle next time... get more palm in the sky..
