So I've been working on my Rembrandt lighting techniques...Really impressed with Joel Grimes Lit Up series on the Framed Network. Lots of amazing lighting tips and tricks. I now know why i'm drawn to the one light look. My art history background, the only classed in college I really enjoyed! I think my son is gonna get tired of modeling... :) Day 10/365 01-10-2013
R is feeling almost normal... Well enough to work on his Legos! He was playing with Legos right next to my strip box, so I picked up my camera and grabbed a few frames. Shadows are a bit harsh on the left side of his face but I wasn't going to get a chance to move the lights or the subject... Way to engaged in the Legos! Day 9/365 01-09-2013
I just got some new softboxes for my strobes, so I had to try them out. Thankfully I had a willing model! I have a feeling its gonna take a while to get the hang of it... but here's a start. Day 4/365 01-04-2013
