Spent the day at Disneyland..... My daughter had a makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. She had the Popstar Princess hairdo! She loved every minute! Have never seen her with her hair pulled back away from her forehead.

It's fun to watch the grapes grow... I liked the cool glow and yes these vines are in my yard so I get to watch them grow and the kids have fun watching them too!

Went and looked at the grapes again today and noticed they had sprouted these white sprouts overnight, literally less than 24 hours as they weren't there yesterday.... It's been along time since my College Botany courses, I don't remember all the parts, so I'll just have fun photographing them for now! :)

Spent a few hours at our families cabin in the local mountains... This tree has survived the past 30 years. My grandparents built our cabin and didn't want to cut this tree down so they built the deck around it. We were getting ready to leave and I couldn't wait for the sun to get any lower so I decided to shoot a few bracketed shots and try HDR. Of course I didn't have a tripod, as I don't own a working tripod at this moment, so this was taken hand held. I liked the way it turned out.

Came home for a Easter Egg hunt! J was able to wear the same dress she had ready for last Easter and never got to wear as she slept through the Easter Egg hunt... This year she was ready!

Finally got a sunset without fog! I played a bit with the PP, maybe pushed it a bit too much, but in general I liked the dreamy feel! Thanks for all the comments the past few days! I feel bad I haven't had time to comment myself!

I live in the desert... and I do miss the fog sometimes. I enjoy taking photos in the fog! I liked the mysterious feel to this.

Headed to the beach for a few days..... didn't have time to stick around until the "golden hour" so had to go with what I had.. Thankfully there was some cloud cover to soften the light a bit... I liked the smooth texture of these rocks after years and years of salty surf pounding them...

R had practice today, so I decided to practice some sports photography....
Couple things or note... my ancient camera is really slow in burst mode
I think I should have chosen a wider aperture.... like ƒ4 or lower. not enough separation of the subject with the background.
I had to crop this a bit so, I need a bigger lens! :)
