Got an unexpected package from Smugmug today... then I remember that I registered a while back when they were giving them away!... and mine came today!..It's nice an cushy too!...

Very glad Monday is over... I remember the bath tub as a kid with bubbles everywhere too!... Fun to see the kids covered in bubbles....It's a bit abstract, but I like it.

Here's a photo of the Carlsbad Inn, Just recently renovated and very nice! I will definitely be back...right in town, lots of great spots to eat almost in the parking lot and the beach is a few steps away... Nothing too special about the photo other than trying to figure out why I didn't walk on the other side of the cars!

Sunset, Saturday March 5th, 2011, Carlsbad, CA the end of an amazing day! 70 degrees warm, the ocean temp in the 50's but the kids didn't care! They were in the ocean til the sun said goodbye..;) In fact Reece is one of the two boys in the lower right of this shot the other is his cousin who was celebrating his 13th birthday this weekend... It's really nice my nephews are Jr life guards.. I just slightly worry when I have a camera in hand!

Taken just before Midnight on 03-03-2011.. in fact my camera's time settings is off... so it shows 1:03 am... but it was taken on the day.. I took two pictures today.. this one and one other. This one's not great but way better than that the other...

Jillian is sure proud of her afternoon work!... Those aren't almonds in the bowl, they are chocolate eggs.. you know the ones wrapped in foil. She diligently took the foil off all of them and didn't eat one! Didn't even get chocolate all over her fingers. Wonder how long this not eating chocolate thing will last!

T-Rex is leading out in the Dinosaur council tonight... I don't think he's angry, maybe just reviewing a few agenda items.. I think it's funny that the T-Rex arms are so small... almost useless..

A quick side note, I was planning on another tulip shot in Sepia, but as soon as I got home Reece was asking if I had my picture for the day... So I appreciated his help again today.. I promise this isn't turning into a picture a day of toy dinosaurs! :)

The set up for this shot is courtesy of Reece... The mighty T-Rex has found a herd of long necks.. and one of the long necks has spotted the T-Rex... and I'm not sure who the little alien looking dino belongs too! but he's cute! This could be a batte!
