Tried some new cookies tonight... These are gluten free, dairy free, egg free and cane sugar free pumpkin chocolate chip cookies! They are delicious, great texture, but I wanted a bit more pumpkin flavor. So before I post the recipe I have to tinker a bit. Penstemon still hanging in there! These have kept the Hummingbirds happy all summer long. As winter approaches it will be sad to see them go away for a few months, yet excited for winter snows that will allow these wildflowers to return again next spring.
