R has been learning about money lately and was asking if I had a $1000 bill. Which sadly, I don't. A few days ago I was talking to a patient that about old bills and collectable bills and he mentioned that he had a $1000 bill. So he offered to bring some of his collection so that I could take some pictures. He was also so nice to bring R 2 half dollar coins to have from 1945 and 1950 that are collectable today! So here's an image of his collection. I'm amazed at the detail on these bills... today's money is like play money in both look and well value!

This storm brought 2 inches of rain in about 45 min midday today... This is how it appeared rolling in... Taken with the iPhone as there wasn't time to run get my camera... It was pouring shortly after this was taken.
